As of this year, the Swiss self-storage industry is also part of the study, symbolising the sector’s growing relevance on the Swiss market.

SIQT Industry Awards
This year, the SIQT (Swiss Institute for Quality Testing) once again surveyed consumers about their experiences with Swiss businesses and products. The Swiss Industry Awards 2020/21 are based on more than 250,000 customer ratings for over 1600 companies from 157 different industries. The annual survey is conducted via SIQT online panels as well as third-party panels. The sample of people surveyed is made up of consumers aged 18 and over who have experience with the respective companies.
Zebrabox scores
For the first time, the self-storage industry is also included in the study. Zebrabox won two gold awards in the categories Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service. In the third and final category Price-Performance Ratio, Zebrabox was also successful, securing second place. Zebrabox therefore emerges as champion of the Swiss self-storage industry.
