Your deliveries are sent directly to Zebrabox and received on site by our staff. Depending on the option chosen, we either hold the goods at reception or place them directly in your Zebrabox. You are then informed by SMS and/or email so that you can deal with the delivery whenever it suits you best.

We offer goods reception for business customers in Basel-Allschwil, Bern, Lausanne and Zurich-Oerlikon. Additional locations across Switzerland are possible through our partner network. During reception hours, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, acceptance is guaranteed.
